Create an account using Google Single Sign-On (SSO): When you sign in with your Google account, we may receive your name, email address, and a profile picture from Google.

Use features related to Google Classroom: If the App integrates with Google Classroom, we may access information about your Google Classroom courses, assignments, and roster data, as authorized by you, to facilitate the simulated work environment.

Clock in and Clock out: The app will collect timestamps to record your "work hours."

B. Information Collected Automatically: When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and how you use the App. This information does not directly identify you and is used for analytics and to improve the App's functionality. This may include:

Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage. This may collect data such as device ID, app usage data (e.g., pages visited, features used), and crash data.

Log Data: We collect log data that your device sends when you use the App, which may include your device’s IP address, device type, operating system, and the time and date of your use.

C. Information from Third Parties: We may receive information about you from third-party services. The primary third-party services we use include:

Google Single Sign-On (SSO): We receive your name, email, and profile information from your Google account to facilitate a seamless login experience.

Google Classroom: We access data from your Google Classroom account to provide features like "displaying your class roster" and "syncing assignments," as needed for the simulated work environment.

Firebase: Firebase is a platform developed by Google that we use to power our backend services. Data collected by Firebase Analytics and Authentication is used as described in sections 1B and 2.

2. How We Use Your Information

To Provide and Maintain the App: To deliver the services and features you request, such as enabling Google SSO for login, integrating with Google Classroom, and recording your clock in/out times.

To Personalize Your Experience: To tailor the App's content and features to your interests based on your usage data from Firebase.

To Improve the App: To analyze usage trends and crash data from Firebase Analytics to enhance the App's performance and stability.

For Communication: To send you updates, security alerts, and support messages, or to respond to your inquiries.

To Ensure Security and Prevent Fraud: To protect our services and our users from malicious activity.

For Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

3. How We Share and Disclose Your Information

Service Providers: We share information with third-party companies that perform services on our behalf, such as Firebase for backend services and analytics, and Google for authentication and Classroom integration.

With Teachers and School Administrators: Since this is an educational app, your clock in/out data and other relevant information may be shared with your teachers or school administrators to help them manage the simulated work environment.

Our App is intended for a high school audience. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this App without the express consent of your parent or legal guardian. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
